Q: How do I return my order?

A:Yonies Orders may be returned for a full refund before the items are shipped. All others see the aditional information below.

    Return Policy
  • The original manufacturer's box or boxes are unopened.
  • We are notified within 10 days from date of delivery.
  • A required 15% restocking fee on each item returned.
  • The return shipping is provided by the customer.
  • The orignal shipping is nonrefundable.
  • All items double-boxed, with the original manufacturers' boxes being on the inside.
Please call Yonies immediately, if you plan to return an item. After issuing a return tracking number, we will guide you through the return process. If the wrong items were sent, due to our error, we will cover the return shipping charges. Once the items are returned we will ship out the correct replacement(s).

If the shipping is more on the correct item, the difference will be covered by the customer. In the cases where the shipping is less on the correct item, we will refund the difference. Shipping charges otherwise are nonrefundable.

We cannot accept returns on certain items, including:
Any large televisions over and including 27 inches.
Any product that has been tampered mechanically.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.


If you receive a defective product please contact the manufacturer immediately. The manufacturer will instruct you where to ship the item. We are a warehouse, all product warranties are through the manufacturer. Most manufacturers will cover the cost of shipping for a defective product. This different for every manufacturer and not guaranteed.

Q: The product is defective, what do I do?

A: As soon as you notice an issue contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer will instruct you where to ship the item. Any damaged goods due to shipping please do not open. Contact us immediately. We are a warehouse, all product warranties are through the manufacturer. We are unable to replace the product. Most manufacturers will cover the cost of shipping the new item out, when a defective product is involved, but it is not guaranteed.

If we experience numerous complaints about particular manufacturers we review their history, dropping the vendor/manufacturer from our site when it is justified. If you continue to have issues with the return please contact us. We will try to assist in resolving the matter, but are not officially involved in the return process.

Q: I received the wrong item, what do I do?

A: Contact us, we will review your order with you. If any mistakes are due to Yonies, we will pay for the shipping both ways. The customer is still responsible for the actual cost to ship the correct item if it differs from what was charged in the original order amount.
Any other type of return will require the customer to pay the shipping both ways. There will also be a 15% restocking fee per item returned.
