YONIES has free shipping on orders over $300.00 in the contiguous United States (48 States) only!(select products only)

NOTE: UPS is our preferred method of shipping.

Our order shipments leave at 5:00PM. Orders will be shipped via our next available window. Depending on stock levels, some items may require an additional 24 hours to ship.
Made to order items may require additional time to manufacture, please ask if you have a deadline coming up.

DOMESTIC ORDER TIMING: Because Yonies products are individually handcrafted our normal shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 business days for small products and large products 3 to 5 business days after order was received.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER TIMING: Due to shipping delays at the borders etc. your shipment could arrive in 7 to 14 business days. International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Weather plays a part in shipping! Your order may be delayed due to inclement weather some where in transit to you. Please utilize the tracking number to follow your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:


Domestic:
Orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) or by United States Post Office (USPS) Monday thru Friday.

Should you qualify for FREE SHIPPING your order will be sent UPS GROUND.

International:
If you live outside the contiguous United States; Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands , and wish to place an order, you may either submit an order through our online ordering shopping cart, or contact us via http://www.yonies.com/catalog/contact_us.php, or phone us at 011-1-610-273-7370 for a shipping quote.

Due to the dynamic nature of international commerce, our shipping methods and rates, as well as estimated delivery times, must be quoted on an individual basis. No matter which method you use to submit an order, you will be contacted by our Shipping Department to assist you through the process within 48 hours.

Since shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping, shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.

Our $300.00 free shipping policy does not apply to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or International Shipments.

Please note: Due to shipping regulations, not all items available on the site can be shipped internationally. They are identified by the marking of ORMD after the Product ID.

Duties & Taxes
You will receive a price quote for shipping fees during checkout. The price quote for duties and taxes is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping.

Note: All duty charges, brokerage fees & any taxes are calculated and collected in the country of delivery by the shipping company.

In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyers method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

Shipment/Shortages/Breakages/Discrepancies: Please inspect your packages upon delivery! In the event that a package is visibly damaged from the outside upon delivery, you should inspect all items in your order in the presence of the shipper. If items are damaged refuse the shipment from the carrier by signing the paperwork REFUSED with your signature and why you refused the shipment. Then contact us immediately so we may file a claim. If you find an item on your packing slip that is missing from your shipment, or an item in your shipment that does not match what is on the packing slip please go to our homepage and click on GET IN TOUCH!

RETURNS: We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if returned in condition as you received within 30 days. Meaning new and unused condition.
If you decide to return an item for any reason we do provide a full returns policy, subject to the following conditions. You must contact us within five days of receiving your item & the return must be within thirty days. The item must be returned unused & in its original box or packaging. You will always be offered the opportunity to exchange the item or a full refund will be provided. We reserve the right to levy restocking and administrative fees. All refunds are subject to full shipping/postage charges & returns postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is also responsible for the safe return of the item, which should be by recorded post & delivery. Yonies Harness Shop LLC accepts no responsibility for return items lost in the return process..

Defective Product Return: If you believe a product is defective we have the 3R policy: Repair, replacement or refund and subject to the the following conditions. Follow the return policy procedures above. We request that you write a note and explain why you believe the item is defective. If possible mark the product where it is defective. If the item is found to be defective by Yonies we will contact you regarding which of the 3Rs you desire. We will also refund return shipping costs if the item is found to be defective.

Order Cancellation Policy: Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, phone, fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
