I keep getting asked for a password, what do I do?

The reason the site asks you to log in is so that it can keep track of what you want to buy (what's in your shopping cart). Your best answer is to actually log in to the account. 

From a not very technical point of view, the website has "cookies" that erase themselves so your browser doesn't store information for too long. When those cookies are automatically deleted then you will need to log into the website again. 

If you are still having problems placing the order, feel free to send us a message or give us a phone call and we'll help you place the order "off-line" with an actual human helping you :) 

What is PayPal? And why do I need to pay using PayPal?

We use PayPal for your protection, see the photo below and read the notes on the right side on how to use the PayPal payment window. 

I can't find an item online - where do I look?

We only have a small number of items on our online site available for purchase. All other orders need to be sent in via email, phone, fax, or in person at our location.
